The Southern Asia Hope Foundation is a nonprofit organization whose goal is to empower schools, women, and children in Burma by providing access to education, resources, and sustainable programs

At Southern Asia Hope Foundation, we believe every child deserves a safe and supportive place to learn. Many children in Southern Asia attend makeshift schools with no supplies or shelter. By building durable classrooms and creating sustainable learning environments, we help children grow, thrive, and reach their full potential — one school at a time.

Meet Ba

Hi! My name is Saw Ba Soh Gay Moo. I am 12 years old and in the 4th grade. I have five siblings, and I am the oldest. I come from Wua Kay Der village and in the future, I would like to study technology. My favorite sport is soccer, and my favorite subject is Bible study.

Meet Saw

Hi! My name is Saw, I am 12 years old and in the 4th grade. I come from Ler Chu Koh village. In the future, I want to become a teacher and my favorite sport is football!

Meet Lay

Hi! My name is Saw Lay Doh Htoo. I am 14 years old and currently in the 3rd grade. I have seven siblings and I come from Ler Chu Koh village. In the future, I want to become a teacher!
